A global insurer updated its Code of Conduct. In order to bring it to life, the Compliance and Internal Communications departments decided to preface the Code with real-life stories from employees. In these stories, they discuss what ethical business practice means to them and how the Code of Conduct helps them make the right decisions in their daily work. I conducted interviews with nine employees and wrote each profile.

The result is a booklet that enhanced employees’ understanding of the Code and boosted company pride.
