Employee magazine: from print to digital
NIBC is a Dutch bank that aims to be there for its clients and assist them at key financial moments for the customer. NIBC’s internal magazine plays an important role in reinforcing this mission among staff and sharing success stories from across the organization.
In 2011, the bank decided to turn its print staff magazine, called NIBC People, into a digital format. While print has by no means lost its appeal in today’s digital age, a digital magazine can open up new avenues to reach, inform and engage staff.
I was asked to write an article for one of the first editions after the relaunch.
